The mission of the forum is to use international and the best Russian experience, to compare notes of implementing the Lean Manufacturing System, to discuss and define the new mechanisms of developing industry solutions, a pattern of experience exchange and transfer of best practices. The forum is organized by a leading Russian provider of Lean implementation services "OrgProm, LLC."
